    Great product and nice people but very poor customer service. 6 months to have a job completed after many unreturned calls. Completely frustrating.

    Had floors installed in my shack, during the summer they warped and lifted due to the heat. Guessing it may be because they have not left enough gap to allow for expansion but not too sure as I had them back out to have a look and they said they would get back to me. 6 months later I still have not heard back from them and after repeated attempts to call them they fail to return my calls or even discuss this with me. have asked to even speak to the owner with no avail. Not one to normally complain or write bad reviews but the level of after service has been non existent.
